    On February 22, Brampton Fire Services and Peel Paramedics visited Notre Dame C.S.S. students with a focus on elevating Black voices. Students took part in interactive activities that included demonstrations of basic life saving techniques.

    On February 23, members of St. Augustine C.S.S.’s BSA visited St. Kevin C.E.S. to read books by Black authors to students. Cross-panel connections are important for both elementary and secondary students.

    St. Marcellinus C.S.S. performed well at the DECA Provincial Competition in February. Fifteen students will advance to the international level of competition at the DECA International Career Development Conference in California.

    On February 22, a Model UN Delegation from St. Augustine C.S.S. attended their first Conference at Jean Augustine S.S. Students enjoyed the day caucusing on the topic of Superhero Regulations. Student, Apreet Bhullar, won the “Outstanding Delegate” award.

    St. Aloysius Gonzaga Catholic Secondary School’s Environment SHSM and Black Empowerment Association Club recently launched Gonzaga’s Grab n’ Go Bulldog Breakfast Club.
